Greetings from the Mayor

It 'a real pleasure for me to give you welcome the sixth edition of Girotonno.

I am proud to see thousands of people arrive in our island to share with us, citizen of Carloforte, four days of celebration, fun and good-taste.

The Girotonno has established itself as a long-awaited event, which celebrates the season fishery, our traditions and our hospitality.

This year we tried to do our best to accommodate tourists and friends offering entertainment and food of the highest level.

I hope that the news that we introduced in the program of this edition can collect his approval which we hope because our intention is to give all of you moments of serenity and fun.

I want to thank all those who for various reasons have engaged in the implementation of Girotonno and a special thanks to institutional and private sponsors who have given an important contribution.

And if you're not ever come to Carloforte, Girotonno could be an opportunity to do so.
