The international food and wine competition

The most important event of “Girotonno” will be the International food and wine competition. It will be judges by a panel of journalists specialized in the food and wine industry and animates by Mr Angelo Concas, journalists and sommelier.



The theme of this edition is the creative and high cuisine of the red tuna in the European countries.

All delegations will propose many different types of Carloforte red tuna’s platter according to the different points of view of the European countries of Spain, Italy, Germany and Slovenia.
