Once “meat for the poor” today “fish for the rich”, red tuna represents the most valuable ichthyic product of this great fish family, it has been reapparaised by high-ranking cuisine since a long time.
Il Girotonno, which celebrates the tradition strictly connected to it, promises a rich entertainment programme to the comers by combining gastronomy, culture and performances.
The "Tasting Laboratories", a sort of theme laboratories edited by the journalist Mr Angelo Concas, specialized in food and wine industry, will reveal the secrets of the best International recipes which have tuna as favourite object of their recipes and creativity.
