Tasting Laboratories about the tuna .
At the event will participate the German chef Mr Ernst Knam and the Slovene chef Mr Matjaž Šinigoj. It will be present by Mr Angelo Concas, journalist specialized in the  food and wine industry, National President of Epulae, who will match the wines to all platters of the chefs. The public will participate at the tasting.

5th  edition reserved to the journalists and specialists of the food and wine industry.
